{ Dina & Tom • Asbury Park Engagement Session }

Tom and I have been friends since high school- and through college.  Our group of friends are still my closest and best peeps- ahheim 10 years later.  (Ugh, it hurt to say that, lol.)  When Tom asked me to photograph his wedding to beautiful Dina, I was delighted.  They are getting married in May at the picturesque Rutgers Gardens and I cannot wait.  I know its going to be beautiful…especially with all the blooming May flowers.

Dina and Tom make such a sweet couple.  I especially love when they recounted the story of how Tom proposed.  He asked her on the “top of the rock” in NYC in the middle of winter.  It was freezing outside, but Dina said she barely felt the cold because she was so happy.  I just love stories like that:)

The following are some photos from their engagement session taken on the boardwalk in Asbury Park, NJ.

enjoy!  xoxo

{ Bungalow Hotel • Goddess Boudoir Marathon }

In February, I hosted my first Goddess Boudoir Marathon at the beautiful, Bungalow Hotel in Pier Village.  It was  fabulous day of shooting.  The most excellent part, we had the entire hotel as our canvas!  Image that!  The hotel is gorgeous..and we were really able to incorporate Bungalow’s unique features in the photos.  The rooms are excellent, each featuring a fireplace and chandelier, but the lobby was the most spectacular.  It had huge rustic trees, fancy chairs, billiard table and more!  A photographers dream!

Thanks so much to the fabulous ladies who took part and to my fabulous concierge Nathalie!

Here are some shots from the beautiful Miss S’ goddess session.

The lobby has beautiful ornate chairs…perfect for boudoir photos!

Billiards and boudoir:)

{ Sarah • Brooklyn Bridge Bridal }

These photos are some of my all time favorites.  Sarah has been so much fun to work with…I’m kind of sad her wedding has passed!

We met up on a gorgeous Sunday in Brooklyn.  The sky was a beautiful blue and white snow was piled on the ground- perfect for a winter wedding bridal session.    Snow- but not actually snowing!  Sarah put on her fabulous gown and cowgirl boots…and we headed the Brooklyn bridge! My amazing Mike came too to help with all the props (thank you sweetheart.) It was a great day…and we only got yelled at once by a cyclist:)

Thanks again Sarah for being such a wonderful bride- you make me love what I do even more!
