So as some of you may already know, I have FINALLY opened my own studio space to meet clients and do in-studio portraits and boudoir. I am so thrilled… I plan to share fully in a separate post. In the meantime, here is something I have recently worked into my product line. Baby Plan Portrait Sessions.
First of all, to share some background, this year has been they year of babies in my life. Some of the closest people to me have embarked on parenting… and I am loving every minute of it. (from the sidelines of course) You see, this year my brother and sister in law had their first baby girl, so did my cousin and best friend! I always knew I loved photographing babies, but now it has taken on a whole new meaning. I absolutely love it!
With that said, I have decided to offer The Baby Plan to my clients. This entitles the client to a wonderful discount and pre-scheduling perks…Such as priority session choices and 10% off all products! The baby Plan offers client several options including Maternity- 1 year, Newborn- 1st year, and of course months 3, 6, and 9! Please contact me if you would like more info and pricing. These sessions are available in-studio or on location for an additional fee.

It was a Thursday evening. My sister Jennie, her husband Tom, Mike, and I all waited at the diner for THE phone call. My sister and I teased about who would get the call first…you see, we were waiting to hear from my parents about the birth of our first niece or nephew. Jennies’ phone rang as my text ringer chimed….”IT’S A GIRL!” We were all jumping out of our seats! I guess my parents know Jennie and I well, cause they dialed at the exact same time! We immediately paid the check and rushed over to Riverview to congratulate my brother Chris and his beautiful wife Jenn….and to welcome the newest member of the Morrisy Clan! Dearest Samantha Jane.
Words can’t express the feelings that were rushing through all of us that night- all I can say is there was so much love and family pride present. To see my brother, holding his baby girl…was the most amazing thing ever. He looked so humbled by the new life before him. I think we all were- such a miracle.
She is beautiful- and I am not just saying that cause she is my niece! I am simply in love with her. Isn’t her red hair is the cutest?!! Here are some of her newborn portraits…but there will be many more to come!
