{ Bridal Inspiration • The Kissing Tree }

While looking for inspiration on the web, I  found this awesomely, cute site by one of the most amazing wedding photographers in the world – Elizabeth Messina.  She is such a huge inspiration for me.  As I’m sure many of you know- photographers use blogs like crazy these days to promote work and give other photographers tips and tricks of the trade.  I can’t even tell you how invaluable that has been to me and my work.  Just knowing that there are so many other like minded photographers out there has completely blown me away.  We are all helping each other to change the face of wedding photography.

Back to my reason for posting- you can create your own kissing tree with initials.  How cute is that!  I made one and have used it as wallpaper on my computer.  See you don’t need to carve into a tree to get sentimental:)

The site is kissthegroom.com to create your own.

enjoy!

{ Rachel & Rob • Wilmington DE Wedding Part 1 }

Rachel’s sister told me the story of how Rachel and Rob met…and let me tell you…its a sweet one!  Literally!  Rachel was having dinner with friends scoping out a dessert passing by, when suddenly the waiter places the dessert in front of her.  She tells the waiter she didn’t order the dessert but it looks amazing.  The waiter kindly tells her it was sent from the the gentleman at another table- who just so happened to be Rob!  Isn’t their meeting a delicious tale!

Rachel and Rob are such amazing people, I can’t say enough how great of a time I had photographing their wedding day.  Not only are they sweet and kind hearted people…there family and friends were as well.

Here s part one of their day:)

{ Jessica & Gary • Trash the dress • Monmouth University }

Jessica and Gary were married this summer and decided to pose for some “trash the dress” portraits.  Obviously the no bridal gowns were harmed during the making of this shoot!  Jessica and I met at Monmouth University… where we were both design students.  She is a such a kind and gentle woman, not to mention and amazing artist.  I am so happy Jessica and Gary asked me to photograph them at such a special place.  Congrats Guys!

Enjoy!
